Where are our garments made?
All Block The Lane pieces are designed with purpose and manufactured in Turkey, working with experienced textile partners known for craftsmanship, durability, and attention to detail.
Where does your order ship from?
Orders are processed and shipped from Terra Logistiks, our logistics partner based in Madrid, Spain.
This allows us to ensure efficient handling and fast delivery across Europe.
Order processing time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipment.
- During product drops or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Estimated delivery times
- Spain & Portugal: 2–5 business days
- European Union: 3–7 business days
- Outside the EU: Delivery times vary depending on customs procedures in your country
Tracking your order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
If you don’t receive tracking details within 48 hours of shipment confirmation, please contact us.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International orders may be subject to customs duties or local taxes, depending on your country’s regulations.
- These charges are not included in the product price and are the responsibility of the customer.
- We recommend checking your local import rules before placing an order.
Returns & Exchanges
Return policy
- You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
How to request a return

- Include your order number and the reason for the return.
- You will receive return instructions and the return address for Terra Logistiks (Madrid).
Exchanges
- Exchanges for size or product are subject to availability.
- If the requested item is not available, a refund will be issued or store credit offered.

What does “Made in Turkey” mean?
Our garments are produced in Turkey, a country with a long textile tradition and highly skilled manufacturers. This ensures quality construction, durable materials, and premium finishes.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to update the shipping address.
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address.
My order shows as delivered, but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?
First, check with neighbors or your building concierge.
If the package is still missing, contact us with your tracking number and we’ll assist you in opening an investigation with Terra Logistiks.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
